Call of Duty: Warzone Resurgence mode is getting a new Vengeance Icon feature in the upcoming update.
The Warzone Season 4 roadmap revealed major changes coming to the Battle Royale, including a new DMZ and Resurgence map, Vondel, and four new weapons. The new season also offers players fresh Warzone Ranked rewards.
The developers have added new gameplay features to Resurgence as well. Along with Dynamic Resurgence Timers, a new way to adjust timers if any squad members disconnect, Vengeance Icons are joining the fast-paced mode to encourage even more eliminations.

A Vengeance Icon in Warzone Resurgence will allow players to get a better idea where enemies are lurking. After a squadmate is killed, an icon will flare in the direction of the responsible party.
Although the icon will not show an exact location, it will give players the opportunity to quickly chase down the opponent and avenge their squadmate. The icon will last as long as their squadmate's Resurgence Timer.
If players successfully hunt down and eliminate the killer, five seconds will be taken off from all squadmate Resurgence countdowns. The new feature will be included on all Resurgence maps.
Warzone Season 4 drops on June 14.
