His combination of 5* skill moves and weak foot still make Neymar one of the best attackers in the game, and the Ligue 1 TOTS attack is one of the best we've ever seen from the league, with end-game cards like Neymar galore. Even at third on our list, you will still be getting a top card in this Neymar Jr. TOTS.
2. Lionel Messi (RW, PSG: 97 Rated)
The same argument for Neymar could be made for his PSG teammate, Lionel Messi. Since he made the transfer to France, Messi has taken a while to adjust to his new club, however, towards the end of the season he showed signs of why PSG might be much more successful next season. Messi has gotten a TOTS item each year since the arrival of TOTS in FIFA, and this year, his card has been one of the best in the game. His 98 TOTY is still higher-rated, but the TOTS version isn't too much of a downgrade. Messi, no matter the card, is unstoppable in FIFA and will be a valuable card for any team.

Mbappe is hands down the best non-icon card in FIFA 22. His TOTY card was one of the most sought after cards in the entire game, and his TOTS is also up there. In a crowded Ligue 1 TOTS attack, Mbappe stands out as the best, with 5* skill moves and 4* weak foot, perfect pace and some of the best shooting stats in the game.
