Warzone 2 player Metaphor has once again revealed a powerful loadout, this time for an underrated LMG.
Perfecting a weapon loadout can be a certified game changer in Warzone 2, and with plenty of weapons to choose from it can be daunting striking a decent balance. Most players have gravitated towards popular picks, like the M4 and the RPK, considered some of the best options in the game.
But those looking to go against the grain and carve out some new tactics should be eyeing up some underrated guns. Warzone 2 player Metaphor has identified a no-recoil 556 Icarus loadout, which he feels could make its way into the meta.
Metaphor Showcases "No Recoil" LMG in Warzone 2 Against M4
In a recent YouTube video, Metaphor went over how the 556 Icarus only has 0.3% pick rate according to WZ Ranked, but with the right loadout could be the go-to gun. “Think of it like a better M4,” he said.
Metaphor highlighted the following loadout for the 556 Icarus:
- Muzzle: Komodo Heavy
- Optic: Cronen Mini Pro
- Stock: Corio Precio Factory
- Rear Grip: Sakin ZX Grip
- Ammunition: 5.56 High Velocity
The 556 Icarus already comes with a decent magazine size, so the priority is to improve its recoil. By attaching the Komodo Heavy Muzzle, Corio Precio Factory Stock and Sakin ZX Grip the recoil becomes almost non-existent.
