To perform an Aileron Roll, press R1 and L1 simultaneously on your controller. If you get the precise timing of this, you will be able to execute this move.
In the Episode II: Attack of the Clones section of the game, you must do this move to finish a challenge in the Hunt for Jango mission. To achieve this, successfully execute an Aileron Roll when a missile is near you. Once done correctly, you are well on your way to finishing this section of the mission. Make sure to do it three times in a row to sufficiently complete the challenge!
