Virtual idol Hatsune Miku could be the next character to get a Fall Guys crossover, according to recent leaks.
Fall Guys loves crossovers, and it seems the weirder the better. Having collaborated with a number of different franchises and pop culture icons over the years, from Sonic to Assassin's Creed to Godzilla, it should come as no surprise when a new one starts to take form. According to Fall Guys leaker FGMuffins, Season 8 could see a new major collaboration — Hatsune Miku.
According to the leaker, two Hatsune Miku costumes could be heading to Fall Guys in Season 8. One outfit will be part of the season's battle pass, while another will be available via the in-game store. The leaks were soon perpetuated by popular Fall Guys leaker FGPancake.
"You might've heard that Hatsune Miku is going to be in the S8 pass, and that is true! However, "Ultimate Idol" is most likely not Miku," FGMuffins wrote on Twitter."
"Miku's internal costume name, as shown by the assets, is "top_ss02_ip_parrot01_01". The idol costume is "costume_ss02_idol_01." It seems the two assets refer to Miku's main Season Pass costume, and an alt style.
At the time of writing, Mediatonic has not confirmed the Fall Guys x Hatsune Miku collaboration. However, once advertisment for Season 8 begins to ramp up, it's likely we'll start to see some more information.
