Though it's rare to encounter, Noibat can indeed be shiny in Pokémon GO. Shiny Noibats are easily distinguishable thanks to their green and black features, as opposed to the Pokémon's standard purple color.
As part of Part 1 of the Pokémon GO Halloween 2022 Event, Noibat is not only set to be hatch-able from 7 km Eggs, but those Noibats hatched from these Eggs will also have a greater chance of being shiny than Noibat found in the wild.
Noibat is a Flying and Dragon-type Pokémon. It is vulnerable to Ice, Rock, Dragon and Fairy moves. Noibat's strongest moves are Wing Attack and Dragon Pulse, and it has a Max CP of 667. Noibat can evolve into Noivern, which costs 400 Candy.
Noibat was originally found in the Kalos region (Gen 6). It's Pokémon number is #714.
